Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for sales representatives, assisting with inquiries and providing accurate information and direction.
- Identify and direct requests to the correct department — whether it’s installer support, onboarding, commissions, or escalation teams.
- Manage incoming emails and messages, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between sales teams and relevant departments or partners.
- Maintain clear and organized communication records across CRM platforms, email, and team channels.
- Support smooth coordination between sales, installers, and internal operations teams to ensure process efficiency.
Requirements (Must-have)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools, Outlook email, and communication platforms such as Discord, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and informed decisions.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Willing to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles — preferably in customer service or sales operations.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems for tracking communications and updates.
- Interest or background in renewable energy or solar industries is a plus.
