We are currently hiring an organized and proactive IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery for our U.S.-based clients

About the Role

You’ll lead IT projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful outcomes for U.S. clients. This is a fully remote, full-time role with night shift hours (Indonesian time) aligned to U.S. business hours. You’ll be the central point of coordination between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure, security, and software projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate with developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders across time zones
  • Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers proactively
  • Track project progress using Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to U.S.-based clients
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
  • Ensure projects align with client requirements and quality standards
  • Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Facilitate change management and stakeholder communication

Requirements (Must-have)

  • 2+ years of IT project management experience
  • Experience managing infrastructure, cloud, security, or software development projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for daily client communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to work night shift (Indonesian time) aligned to U.S. business hours
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity concepts
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Confluence, Notion, or other documentation platforms
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (ITIL, ITSM)

Additional Experience:

  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes
  • Experience in BPO, consultancy, or client-facing project delivery
  • Background in vendor management and contract negotiation
