We are currently hiring a skilled Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure for our U.S.-based clients.
About the Role
You’ll design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure for U.S. clients while ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency. This is a fully remote position with night shift hours (Indonesian time). This role requires expertise in major cloud platforms and the ability to implement modern cloud-native architectures using Infrastructure as Code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud networks, VPCs/VNets, subnets, and routing
- Implement and manage IAM policies, roles, and security controls
- Deploy Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep
- Monitor cloud costs, optimize resource utilization, and manage budgets
- Implement cloud backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Configure and maintain cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Align cloud security controls with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with development teams on cloud-native application architectures
- Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning
- Document cloud architectures, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
Requirements (Must-have)
- 2+ years of cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure experience
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferably multi-cloud)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Pulumi)
- Understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity management
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, GKE)
- Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for technical communication
- Willingness to work night shift (Indonesian time) aligned to U.S. business hours

- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

- Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
- Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
GCP:
- Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- Google Cloud Professional Security Engineer
Additional:
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)
- Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloud Functions)
- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization tools and strategies
- Understanding of compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
- Prior experience with U.S. Fortune 500 or enterprise clients
