This role involves cross-checking data from our partners’ websites, reviewing data in the CRM, and approving or rejecting entries to ensure seamless data syncing.

Key Responsibilities
- Cross-check data from partners’ websites and other external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and validate solar project data entered into the CRM system, Merdeka AI.
- Approve or reject data entries based on predefined criteria and standards.
- Sync approved data to ensure up-to-date and reliable information within the CRM.
- Communicate with the internal CSM team to resolve data discrepancies.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient with digital tools such as Google Suite, Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data review, validation, or quality assurance roles, preferably within the solar energy or related industries.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Netsuite, Docusign, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience or interest in AI technologies and machine learning is considered an advantage.
