We are currently hiring a creative and tech-savvy UI/UX Designer who specializes in Figma and leverages AI tools to create exceptional user experiences for our U.S.-based clients.
About the Role
You’ll design beautiful, intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications serving U.S. clients. This is a fully remote, full-time role with night shift hours (Indonesian time) aligned to U.S. business hours. You’ll leverage cutting-edge AI tools including Figma AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other generative design tools to accelerate your workflow and create innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Leverage Figma AI and other AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity and creativity
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams
- Present design concepts and rationale to U.S.-based stakeholders
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results
- Stay current with design trends, AI tools, and best practices
Requirements (Must-have)
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience for web or mobile applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Experience using Figma AI or willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered design workflows
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI design and UX thinking
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for client collaboration
- Willingness to work night shift (Indonesian time) aligned to U.S. business hours
- Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
Preferred Qualifications
AI Tools Experience:
- Figma AI (generative design, auto-layout suggestions, content generation)
- ChatGPT / Claude for UX writing and design ideation
- Midjourney / DALL-E for concept visualization and image generation
- Adobe Firefly or other AI design assistants
- AI-powered prototyping or user testing tools
Design Skills:
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to understand feasibility
- Experience with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode)
- Motion design or micro-interaction design skills
- Illustration or icon design capabilities
- Experience designing for SaaS, dashboards, or CRM platforms
Additional Tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Miro or FigJam for collaborative workshops
- Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar for user research
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or startups
